  • The easiest way to order is on line at www.silverj.com , or you can call customer service toll free, 888.829.5324 and we will be happy to help you with your shopping.
  • Silver J has a huge in-stock inventory and we can also ship vendor-direct, which means we can offer a broad range of merchandise.
  • For international orders, please call 707.778.0870, or email jan@silverj.com.
  • At the time of shipping you will also receive, by email, a shipping notification from USPS or UPS with the tracking number and scheduled delivery date
  • Your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS (our discretion).


  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, money orders and checks.
  • Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
  • If paying by check, there will be up to a 14 day waiting period for the check to clear the bank.
  • Orders shipped to a California address will be charged 8.25% sales tax.


  • You can order with confidence when you know that if you are not satisfied, you can return – no questions asked
  • In the event you find it necessary to return merchandise, please e-mail, returns@silverj.com, and let us know what you are returning and the order number.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
  • Returns and exchanges must be in new condition, unworn, unused and all tags intact.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original ship date.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
